About Ryan

Ryan was raised in Southern California and lived in San Francisco before moving to the Tahoe area. His mother is an agent and family has been investing in real estate since the 80's driving Ryan's interest in real estate from an early age.

Ryan earned his BAA in Business from the University of Notre Dame while participating on the Varsity Men's Lacrosse Team in 2014. After graduation, Ryan spent his time in the San Francisco growing multiple software start-ups before relocating to Tahoe/Reno area and beginning to invest in real estate on the side. In 2025, Ryan's real estate activities had become successful enough to allow him to leave his corporate occupation to become a full-time real estate investing professional + agent.

Ryan has participated in multiple exit strategies but has primarily focused on a buy and hold portfolio encompassing Single Family, Duplexes, Triplexes, and larger multi-family (7+ unit) properties. Ryan is passionate about real estate and loves sharing his developed knowledge to help buyers/sellers and investors produce winning outcomes.
